Has anyone ever seen their SI look like this and if so, what was wrong. Was working fine about a month ago. Don't pay attention to the SOG, I tried it 3 mph too and checked to make sure the transducer didn't have scum on it too when I got back to dock, it didn't.

Could be a transducer placement. Or something is not set. Youtube if before you pay someone to straighten it up. Check connections as well on the plug in. Motor may be in the way so it cant read each side. Just my guess with out looking at it. Could be a bad transducer as well. Sorry just throwing this all out there.

In only 20' of water, there is absolutely no detail. Just that screen. It shows the depth but not bottom detail.

I've adjusted the speed setting on mine a little and got away from a similar situation. My boat was idling faster than the setting it was on. That caused all the data coming in to stretch. There are You Tube videos on how to fix this.
