Scenario: I’m happy where I’m in my sales position (currently 1st in company in sales) but I got offered a management position by my old boss for $40k more salary and matching my OTE to manage a SDR team of 12 reps. Downside is I have to travel to Dallas from Weatherford 3x a week.

Would you stay or take the new job?

Take the money. Just figure out a way to avoid the I-30 traffic during rush hours.

That's a tough one. Why not drive the route to Dallas you'd drive a couple times in a week and see if you can stand to do it for yearssss.

Roughly 156 times a year making that drive, tough decision.

You could see deer and deer stands.

My buddies wife is about to make that drive from Brock to Dallas for stupid money.
Maybe y’all could carpool…..

I dont like the sound of an SDR team. You better figure out what that is first.

Secondly, make them come to you in Weatherford or do meetings over TEAMS. None needs to see you in person.
