Another great top water lure that I wish was still around, caught many, many, many bass on them. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/05/full-116294-138881-bomber_rip_shad.jpg)

There was another one very similar to the Bomber Rip Shad that I used to fish 35-40 years ago. I think the sides were flatter. Can't remember who made it, but I do remember when I lost it, I couldn't find another.
The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

These two were pretty good as well. The Skipjack (don’t remember who made them) and the Whopper Stopper Hellraiser. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/05/full-77639-138912-e779fea9_2d6d_49d0_941a_68f6b97141a1.jpeg)
