 Any idea what these are? Insect

I have a bucket of water in the back that I was letting age, only been sitting about 10 days. And these tiny black/brown things are all around the edges. Some sort of leach.

I've seen a ton of leeches and I'm 99% sure not a leech. Plus they have a hard body.
