Every 300miles you can wait 45min to go another 300 rinse and repeat. See em all the time lined up and sitting in their cars staring at their phones. I'm in and out 5 min with a pi$$ break....keep on rolling.

I’ve fished tournaments there but not a fishing trip.

That thing on my dash is my magic frog. I got it from a old Navajo between Santa Fe and Farmington. She was dead serious that I need to always travel with that frog. She didn’t want any money but I gave her daughter $20.

If you’d seen her you’d be carrying a frog around too.

If I had to regularly make commutes like that, I would trade that Ram in for a helicopter...

I drove a Ford Fusion Hybrid on a road trip of several southeastern states in the summer of 2019. Great gas mileage, but we dang sure didn't go 1445 miles. We did get over 600 miles per tank regularly.

I gotta run a truck or a van with all the stuff I gotta carry.
If mileage was everything the gravymakers diesel Jetta got over 50 mpg. And it would scoot.

After my offshore oil career I have zero interest in ever getting in another one. Ever.
