Over 90% of the world's millionaires became millionaires by investing in real estate. The market is a sham except for a very, very select few ultra-rich folks

Probably be at 40k if the Dems hadn't stolen the election.

The only stocks I own have steel barrels mounted on them, real estate is where its at, they stopped making land a long time ago. I am not smart enough to mess around in the stock market, I barely made it out of high school.

No it’s not- you can become a millionaire by doing both or either one. I’ve got mutual and index funds I’ve been in for 20 years, rentals as well. They both get you there.

What good would precious metals be if the stock market went to zero?

Market does good over time. You can’t let a year or so bother you too much. Position in stable for bear market.

Gold and silver would be very valuable, they always have been. Looked what the dollar would buy today if it was still backed by gold like in the past. The US dollar is only valuable because politicians say so, what does that tell you?

We’d have societal collapse if the market was zero. Lead would be much more valuable than gold. To keep gold around thinking it’ll make a difference is fear mongering.

I agree. I've had some funds I've owned for twenty plus years as well. I get nice ~8% ish annual returns on average. Let it fall I've got a war chest loaded into settlement account I'm ready plow in over the next couple of months.

Just remember that you do not gain or lose anything till you sell.

The market, over any 30 year period, makes a gain.
