Hey everyone, I live in the Hudson Valley near the great Hudson River. I hear that there are strippers in the area. Stripped bass is one of my favorite eating fish so I'd love to learn how to catch them. I have one of my Packasport rooftop carriers to store equipment but I'm not sure what to buy.
Any advice on gear?

Neches River is close to Hudson. But I don't know of it to have stripers.
