Thinking of running over to texoma this weekend for some Striper fishing. Would be using artificial baits. Any tips on patterns right now? Haven’t been over there this year. TIA

Shad spawn going on. go early for the shad spawn
Topwater on points where you see the shad. Follow up with a swimbait.
We caught 30-35 last Saturday doing this. Very fun morning

We caught these fish in one spot. Never moved. The striper will come to you, if the shad are there. Throw big spook or bid whopper Plopper. The bigger the better to keep the little ones off of it.
