Had Carlisle Radial HD's on my last boat. Put almost 30k miles on first sent and only replaced them because of age. Second set had about 10k miles before I sold the boat and they were holding up just fine. I think they are rated for 82mph and I pretty much towed at 75 all the time without concern.

I had multiple blowouts that took off my fenders with Carlise's. Internal tread separation was the cause as determined by Carlilse. A stand up company because they replaced the tires 3 times and paid to repair my boat fender on two separate occasions. The third replacement set I kept them on for about 1200 miles to get back from Florida to Katy. Switched them out for the US made Goodyear Endurance. I travel 80 miles one way to get to my closest lake at Interstate speeds, so I get them pretty warmed up. I also run a tire pressure monitoring system, However they do not help when there is a blowout from internal tread separation which is caused by improper construction. So Chinese made tires regardless of the brand, I will stay away from if I can.

It's pretty simple, ANYTHING BUT goodyear trailer tires. Haven't had a single blowout since I switched to Goodyear Endurance tires.

It's pretty simple, ANYTHING BUT goodyear trailer tires. The old Marathon's were trash. These Endurance tires are the best out there IMO.

Whatever brand you get, just make sure you get 8 ply load range D tires. Keep them at max psi and out of the sun when in storage, and they'll last forever. Right now I have a 4 set of some chinese CargoMax radials on my rig. Been on there since 2017 and they are damn near out of tread. Gotta replace them soon
All I've done is keep them at 65psi and cover them in when in storage
