I was looking at a package of Strike King stick baits and noticed that the wording on the package is in English and French. Why? They aren't manufactured in France. Is there a large demand for soft plastics in France?

It has to be written, hard to understand one half the time. grin
I worked with a Cajun for many years, nice fella, just had to listen real close to what he was saying.

Those Cajons are true to their own, I know several and have always had to listen really close.
And when they been drinking, the accent gets even worse cheers

Maybe manufacturing is linked to Canada, they speak french. Or its packaged for North America/CAN markets.

Maybe manufacturing is linked to France, I wonder if it is SÉBILE lures that pours that bait for them.

I just stood and looked at the very lures he's talking about @ Walmart today and they were hanging next to the Yamamoto Senkos, The Yamamoto's were probably twice the price of the Strike King stick baits. Are the Yamamoto versions worth the extra cash?

If you use them a lot, it is easy to see the Yamamoto’s value. I only throw the Yamamotos. I bought a 30ct bag of dingers, and I have around 28 left. I’ve probably bought, and used, about 20 bags of the senkos since buying the dingers. Nothing else works as well as a senko.

Quebec law says instructions on products sold in Quebec have to have French instructions. Lots of fishing tackle has French instructions for this reason.
