If you have property on Fork right now and would like to add some fishing structure along your shores, cypress trees, etc now would be a good time to do it. Can we take bets on which side will fill up first? banana noidea roflmao

the bottom of the lake will always fill the fastest

If all the folks around the lake would turn their garden hoses and run it into the lake it would fill overnight

Where does the water come from for their garden hoses?

Grass needs to be planted along the shore before the lake fills up.

New rule, everyone visiting the lake has to bring a 5 gallon bucket full of water...

I remember not too long ago as the pipeline to TWOK was being built there was speculation that "just to fill that pipe the lake will drop 9 feet!". Some simple math proved that wrong but it is going to take a few rains to bring her up now.

GO -------> fish

I have spent the past 50 years spitting in their mouths...increasing the size of Texas fish with every spit!

This is what people around the lake are talking about. These are 3 pics over the last few months. You can see my dock in the background in Glade. And you can see the progress of grass growing.
This will definitely help the lake for the next several years to come.

My dock is finally built, I called the engineers and let them know that they could start letting the lake fill now

Dang SkeeterHawk you can always let me meet up with you on Sandlin and do some fishing. There's plenty of water there.
