I looked at some numbers on crest on NOAA and it looks like if she doesn't fill up by this time next month or at least come up a foot or two, it will probably be late winter or early spring next year before she starts heading the other way. If you have property on Fork right now and would like to add some fishing structure along your shores, cypress trees, etc now would be a good time to do it. Can we take bets on which side will fill up first?

If all the folks around the lake would turn their garden hoses and run it into the lake it would fill overnight

I remember not too long ago as the pipeline to TWOK was being built there was speculation that "just to fill that pipe the lake will drop 9 feet!". Some simple math proved that wrong but it is going to take a few rains to bring her up now.

This is what people around the lake are talking about. These are 3 pics over the last few months. You can see my dock in the background in Glade. And you can see the progress of grass growing.
This will definitely help the lake for the next several years to come.
