Yeah I have to agree with Dan here. It certainly was identified as a risk factor, and it was a factor in determining when you were eligible for the vaccine and booster. But the government absolutely did not initiate any kind of weight loss / weight management information campaign.

They couldn't do that because they were busy trying to push their gay/trans platform, and the same people are also involved in the "body positivity" movement. The PHOBIA! crowd wasn't going to let that fly. In fact, I doubt if we'll ever again hear much about any government bureaucratic department campaigning for physical fitness or weight loss. Now it's too sensitive of a subject. There are plenty of articles online about the outrage of a doctor "fat shaming" someone by telling them they should lose some weight. Not surprisingly, those articles are on known libnews websites like huffpo and vice.

What I said is correct. Covid doesn't require you to be full blown case to be contagious. People are stupid. They think just because you get a vaccine, you are immune. It only helps trigger your immune response to fight off the virus. It doesn't prevent you from getting it or spreading it.

It is actually doing just as it's supposed to do. Prevent full blown Covid effects. Vaccines don't prevent your body from becoming infected, they help your immune system fight off the infection once it enters your body.
