A mom takes her 3 year old son into the doctors for a checkup where the doctor notices that the boy has a small johnson.
The doctor tells her not to worry but to feed him pancakes which should help the the boy's problem.
The next morning the boy comes down for breakfast and sees a big stack of pancakes and starts loading up his plate.
His mom yells at him to "just take one and leave the rest for your father"!!!
