SUCKS! third time this yr. they have screwed up a delivery.
ups has our gate code for deliveries since it is the same driver 99% of the time, fedex it is a different driver and they don't get our code so I have to wait till they deliver some items like now.
first the shipper screwed up and sent me one box of wolf .223 when I ordered a case of 12ga. 00, how the hell do you get those mixed up?

now they reshipped the order and fedex said today between 11:15 and 5:30, LIARS! third time they have done this krap, I want restitution for the lost time today! (yeah, right).

hateful email sent, shipper notified that order not rcvd, still. think I will start asking what co. they ship with when ordering again (but not from these people, cs sucks worse than fedex)

shure shot ammo, tempe az. is a no go for me now, advise others not to use them either. as for fedex, it has fed. in its name like federal like stupid like ashats delux.

my main rub is that they tell me delivery will be on xx/xx/xxxx then don't deliver. I have a bunch of stuff I need to do on the property but can't if I am waiting on one of their drivers to show up.

not the drivers fault, this one went from tempe az. to mesquite by sat. and at 3:15 this afternoon finally made it to sherman which is my delivery hub.

I applied for a PT job with them and this is my voice mail from them: "This is for FIRST LAST name, and you applied for FEDEX Freight. I am giving you more call back before I move to the next candidate". The guy called back nor left a name or number. I can just imagine the professionalism at FEDEX. I am way better than that!!

I think you can track your package with most of the packages today and see if they are on the truck the day they deliver them. Sometimes they give you an email notice.

Thats what I do if I am looking for something on a specific day and it works for me.

Well, you do live in the middle of nowhere, I mean, the driver probably tinkles themselves driving to your place

driver is not the problem, corporate needs to change how they route pkgs. and how they send delivery dates.

You can make a FedEx account that will allow you to enter notes for the delivery driver. Then you can put in the gate code and any additional instructions like where to leave the package or a phone number to call.

Just go to FedEx.com and click Sign Up/Log In or whatever it says at the top right. The program is called FedEx Delivery Manager.

UPS allows you to do the same thing, but I had to cancel that account. UPS automatically gives you an account number when you sign up that way, and that allows anyone who guesses and/or mistypes the number to charge deliveries to your account. Some jagoff in Mississippi kept charging my account and I got bills every month that I had to deal with. I finally just got them to cancel the whole thing and remove my login. A couple of months later I got a check in the mail for $18 - apparently a refund even though they had already removed all the charges. I prefer UPS for delivery but their billing is horrible.

mine is all on rcving end, I get a tracking # and enter it into my acct. and normally it works. this is one of 3 times so far this yr. that they have sent me an out for delivery when I knew it was wrong, still waited on it just in case.

I have one scheduled to be delivered here on Wednesday. I expect that I will get an email that morning that they have it on the truck. If not and I want to check on it I will go to FedEx's website and search the tracking number.

They tell you if its on the truck. USPS is probably the worst at it but FedEx is pretty good.
