If the store is crowded, I take a picture of the sale price. Chances are I will need it at check out.

If by myself I always skip about half the stuff,..price I charge for doing my own checkout,...

I go to the grocery store to get some charcoal. When i got to it, they had it marked on sale, so i go ahead and grab two and then grabbed a few other things while im in there. I go to check out and its fairly late in the evening and they have zero traditional checkout lines open. They only have self checkout that one employee is working and a fairly long line. When i ring my stuff up, the charcoal of course rings up 2$ over the sale price that was posted. I look back and there are 10 people waiting and look over at the poor dude running around and decided $4 isnt worth the time and PIA this is going to be so i just let it go.

Seems like this is happening more and more lately. I think in some respect they count on you not paying attention, or not being willing to spend 10 minutes to get it fixed while everyone else stands in line.
