5.875 in 2007 on a prior house. Was 5.25 on my current house in 2011. At 2.75 now and getting paid of surprisingly fast.

5.75% on first home in 2008. Moved in 2012 and got 4.75% on a 30 year. Refinanced couple years later for 3.25% on a 15 year. Moved in 2021 at 2.5% on a 20 year now.

2002 right after I retired from the Army, 7%. Refi'd in '13 for 15yr @ 2.25%. Current home purchased in '16 @ 3%. Previous home would have been paid for by now but current wife didn't want to live in a home that the ex-wife lived in.

Our first house in 1982 was 13.58% for 30 years. Next was 8% some time in the 90s.

10% in early 80's. Took over a FFA Loan.

8.5% in 1974.

reeltexan, Clinton did not push subprime morts till 1994 and the Bush that pushed the subprime mortgages started in 2001. They probably had nothing to do with mortgages in 1992.
