I had install yesterday at Southwest Marine,New livescope 34, wiring, BBT dual bow mount plate,Garmin 1222, and all New up dates as well. Zach did a great job! Make an appt., and leave your boat that day and pick up the same day. No more leaving your boat at dealership for 2-3 weeks before they can get to it. Give Zach a call 214-630-8161.

He's solid and will always have my business. He fixed my trolling motor under warranty in 2 days.
When I called All-Star, they told me they were a few weeks out and it would be at least 2 weeks before they looked at it.
With this kind of review, maybe Zach will end up in the same spot, but it was nice to see that level of service and follow-up.

As good as Southwest is, always remember. Sometimes it may not go as planned. I'm not knocking Southwest in any way. But to many times the bar is set so high anyone will fail.

As good as Southwest is, always remember. Sometimes it may not go as planned. I'm not knocking Southwest in any way. But to many times the bar is set so high anyone will fail. That was deep bro.

I haven't been too happy with Zach but that is only because he's beat me so many times on Grapevine/Lewisville!  He's always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to anything boat/electronics.
