Well another good night trip at this new spot on the bayou me and the guys have dubbed "The Monster Hole" water was high and moving fast I had my doubts about any successful hook ups to any good fish especially with all the obstructions in the water that is until a 40in 26lb bluecat tried to take my fishing pole for a ride.
Luckily I got there in time to grab it and set the hook after that it was ON the tug of war it gave me was awesome full 10 minutes till he gave in and was still enough to get a net under him. my buddy also hooked into another fat daddy alligator snapper which is nuts cause you really don't hook Into many of those guys.
