I know I have seen it on here years ago but I cant find it now, what i the best way to soften up Stubby's bait? Mine has set for about 2 years due to back surgery and now its time to get at it.

Plain water works fine. Take a hand full of Stubby's and add water a little at a time until it is where you want. Continue until you have done the whole pot. Will take you awhile, but it will be good as new and work fine.

Screwdriver is perfect. Add just a little bit of water.

Keep us posted on how you do Super8mm, I just got some myself and am itching to give it a go.
My plan is to throw some range cubes down in an area I pray is the right spot, go jig for crappie for a bit, then come back and hopefully get in em

Throw about a half bag of cubes in an area next to a creek channel. The other day we had good luck in 18-22 ft. Good luck

Little,

Does the depth that you fish change as we go into the spawn?

Seems like you mostly report somewhere around 18' 20'.

I also know that you are referring to Fork. There are places on the west end of Sandlin where you can't even find 20' of depth.

I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us.

I normally catch fish in 26-30ft.
