I have never been on Limestone and my son and I have a tournament there next month. I hear that it is a stumpy lake and can be dangerous. Does anyone have boat lanes or suggestions?

south of the power lines very heavy with trees to the west, there are a couple of places that you can get to the creeks, stay towards the east bank, tress come a lot further out into the middle than you would think. North of the bridge -- just don't bother going up there. I would suggest that you not run at night / dark.

Thank you. Yes I was able to see the VERY small dots on my navionics. Just crazy that the Lake Master doesn't show anything, i mean NO stumps on that map. I tried to mark what I can see. Is it safe to run outside of these red lines? I just want to be safe for my son and my boat. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/04/full-115553-135924-limestone.jpg)

Not sure the lake level but the last creek on the south end (west side) has some trees in the mouth and the back is full of trees. Main lake is pretty accurate, the stumps really come out further than you think so just watch the map. The tree lines are very defined

Yes sir, I have actually used sat images to mark what I can tell on the main lake past the power lines. It seems that Navionics is pretty dage close to the areas of concern, one just needs to be mindful I guess that they can extend further out.

All of the info you have gathered is vague at best. Do not trust any of those maps including the navionics chart viewer or your going to be in for a bad day!

Limestone is way way down. You will hit a stump in what looks to be in the middle of the Lake. Stay on the East side of the lake and be very very careful.

I've never fished this lake, and I understand there is also vegetation. If so, can you share what types and where? Thank you.
