Just way to many boats for the way the fish on that lake are set up right now. You put 270+ tournament boats in just the creeks on Palestine and that lake fishes really small. We kept hoping the shad spawn would play some just to have something a little different to run, but that cold morning killed that. If I remember right 13lbs and some change was all it took to be top 10 in the high school event. The fish on that lake are all up super shallow and just beat to hell right now. rkd Extreme Angler Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 1,331 Coppell	It looks like most of the guys are way up north in Kickapoo with a few in Flat and one, Alton Jr, fishing at the back of Saline. There may be a few on the main lake fishing docks but I didn't recognize those spots.
