If we get the kind of rain we got in east texas over the last 3-4 year it will fill up in a week. It’ll be interesting to see what kind of fish it gets, my guess is it may not even need to be stocked with sandbass, yellow bass, white crappie, black crappie, blue, channel, and flathead catfish. Will be curious to see if they put hybrids or striper in it once it’s full, I’ll bet it ends up being a heck of a crappie lake.

need to put some blue cats in there. with all the trees it will put out some monsters.

I was hoping it would be an epic failure and a mosquito infested swamp. But I’m just bitter because I grew up riding my bike and learning to drive on most of that forced sale land and backroads that are now on the bottom of the lake.
