I use limb lines targeting flatheads usually using 4-6 inch bluegill or big gizzard shad. I use a 6/0 eagle claw laser circle non offset. Should I be using offset? And are my hooks big enough for my bait and for big flatheads?
Thanks

I always use an offset circle, maybe it's just me, but they always seem to roll right into the corner of their mouth when snelled.

I like an offset in a circle hook whether it be for rod and reel, jugs, trotline. I get better hook sets it seems and I don't have concern that when the hook twists it will slip through the fishes mouth.
