Strange, I have been in TN for the last 18 years and not heard anyone say youins yet...I hear y'all said all the time and have embraced the term myself. It rolls off the tongue way better than "you guys" or "you's guys" like we said in NJ. I was at a dinner party here in TN one night when a dude "done tumped" his tea. I got a kick out of that southernism.

I got a kick out of that southernism. this was between Chattanooga and Cleveland area up in the mountains. also knew a dude in the Air Force that was from there and said it.

Ahh, Appalachian Americans. Their mannerisms and culture are unique and interesting for sure. I am in western TN...a bit different than the eastern part of the state, and especially the mountains.

That bit speaks so much to me, having grown up with Nehi , McCullough saws, dry counties with a countyline beer joint, shortwood pulpwood trucks, and wearin coveralls. This is the East Texas I grew up in. I was blessed ! could be south arkansas to True dat ! My grandma was from between El Dorado and Pine Bluff (Calion) on the Ouachita. Grandpa was from Smackover.

You can tell the yankees because they refer to Dr. Pepper abd Coke as pop. And those from the upper mid-West refer to it as SODA Everything is a "coke".
