Much like 2 weeks ago it was still Brrrr this morning and dark to boot. For the first 4 hours there was hardly any wind and then true to the WAPP forecast it did get up to 10-20 out of the west; And it stayed cold all day long. Water temps in the mid 50's and the fishing was tuff for most.

All fish 10" and up are keepers. Only the best 5 count.

Boaters

First Place went to Dennis Bubinas of Lake Fork with 7 bass for 13.19 LB with the 5.94 LB boater lunker.
Second Place went to Randy Bunch with 3 bass for 10.56 with a 4.87 LB lunker.
Third Place went to Galen Smith of Alba with 4 bass for 7.89 LB. with a 3.62 LB lunker on a CS rig.
Fourth Place went to Robert Gayler of Lake Fork with 3 bass for 7.34 LB with a 3.39 LB lunker.
Fifth Place Tim Gold of Mineola with 3 bass for 6.87 LB with a 3.95 LB lunker.

Co-Anglers

First Place went to Bruce Allen of Lake Fork with 5 bass for 7.02 LB with a 2.13 LB lunker on a CS rig.
Second Place went to Ken Kielbas of Arlington with 3 bass for 5.83 LB. with a 3.31 LB lunker on a CS rig.
third Place went to Alf Tuggle of Scroggins with 2 bass for 5.31 LB with a 3.39 LB. is the co-angler lunker.
Fourth Place went to Rick Wright of Rowlett with 1 bass for 2.25 LB.
Fifth Place went to Rudy Hall of Alba with 1 bass for1.87 LB.

This week we managed 52 keepers with only 4 skunks.

So, you'd like to fish at Lake Fork but don't really have the $500 for a guide. You can come and fish with us for a $20 entry fee and a $20 donation for your boater. Annual dues is also $20. Our group of boaters will be able to put you on fish most of the time.

The LFA fishes every Thursday except T-Day and Christmas on 2 different formats. A 5 fish limit we call LFA and a MLF style format where every fish counts, we call Hard Core, 3 special tournaments and an end of year dinner. We are a club of 53+ seniors (Mostly) and are very liberal on members being for off vacations and medical issues.

Right now, we are looking for more Co-anglers.

It is a Lake Fork Anglers secret bait.

The money winners are required to "give it up" at the weigh in and even answer question regarding their baits and techniques each week.
