Which lake do y’all think produces the most consistent numbers of sunfish or bluegills?

I'm still looking for it!

Never fished the Northeast part of Texas. I would suggest to use google and search for water bodies in your area and then see if you can get some updated fishing reports. Just my two cents.

Lake Fork, Lake O The Pines, Athens, and Purtis Creek has them. You have search around to find them.

I've heard lots of good things about the bream in Lake Athens.

I have to agree with Athens. That lake produces a lot of big Bluegills. If you want to catch a bunch of big ones go at the end of May, first few days in June when they are on beds spawning. Target areas around native vegetation using crickets or worms under a bobber.

I catch bluegill the size of those in the pics from Athens at Lake Whitney regularly. Red worms fished on top of humps and around boat houses.
I come from the water.
