If they are bedded up a creature bait, if not I would go with a white or chartreuse triple wing buzz bait worked very slow or a black stanley top toad thrown onto the bank and worked into the water with a twitch, stop, twitch stop type retrieve. I'd have a senko, TX rig lizard, and chatterbait tied up and rotate through to see which one they prefer most. All you should need for a farm pond this time of year.
