Looking for some good places to stay up on Texoma. Any suggestions? Want to be on the Texas side more over by Grandpappy's area or Eisenhower.

Wife and I stayed at Grandpappy Resort last year....in the cabins. They are VERY basic. Small. Boat parking in front of or beside each cabin. Cabins are basically next to each other so not much "space". Private boat ramp is free for customers and is about a 2-3 minute drive from the cabin. Main resort/restaurant is close and we had a decent dinner/drinks on the patio. I think we paid about $100 for one night. I chose Grandpappy's because we were fishing a tournament that was launching at the dam ramp. If I had to do it all over again, I will probably get one of the Lighthouse cabins mainly due to the space/privacy.

Look at Tanglewood Resort. 6ish years ago the rates were reasonable.

Lighthouse Marina has a few full size trailers to rent. Nothing real nice but plenty of room.

Definitely check out AirBnb. Many options up there just depends on what you want to spend.

Love this place. Great for kids too. Oh, and the pond has some line stretchers....
