i wish I could get down to Galveston on Monday. Tides will be 2' above normal, gusty winds and good time of the year for black and red drum. Galveston Fishing Pier should be a lot of fun.

I'm taking the boat down Wed through Sun. Can't wait! Still a salt rookie but have had good success in Galveston a few times now. Mother nature hasn't let me offshore though. I'll hit the jetties there and in Freeport, and then San Luis pass. Roughing it on the beach for lodging too.
