TM will not steer, left or right. Acts like something is locked up. I cannot see anything that is broken such as cables, etc.. Foot peddle will not move (maybe a 1/4 inch) and motor does the same. Any suggestions on repair , BTW it is a MG 24v/ 80 lbs of thrust. Any suggestions as to where to carry it for repair? Thanks Daniel

try pulling the top off and check the pulley/cable, same on pedal and see if cable slipped off a pulley.

You are very close guessing at the problem. Took top off and appears as one of the cables has bound up and will not move. Had the boat refurbished a couple of months ago and looks like the high pressure washer got water into the head and cable. It is at the repair shop now. Maybe get it back tomorrow. Thanks Daniel
