Seeing all the different lakes kicking out 13lb plus bass, has Fork had a SAL this year?

water got all screwed up at the wrong time of yr. between weather and dropping it 6-7' I imagine they are all messed up for spawn.

I am more worried about the spawn if the lake comes back up fast, the eggs still gonna hatch?

lake is as crowded as I have seen it today, just got here and west side is loaded with boats, 2 tournaments I heard. saw 3 on the west side of the mustang bridge all fishin within a few ft of ea. other.

why the hell the sra didn't do the repairs last july/aug is baffling

Sacrifice the lake needs to pay to get better. Remember Ivie was low as hell for years. That's why it's so good along with all the other lakes. Fork needs to stay this low until next summer

As always the rumors of its demise are greatly exaggerated. When the Elites show up in a few weeks it will show out. The same locals and regulars that will be saying it's fishing tough before they get there will all have suddenly been on that bite for weeks..... roflmao

Huge difference....Fork still getting raped....Ivie is Isolated and those low water years had more net benefit than is possible here

Think there was a 15 last year in mega bass. Looks like timing is about right again this year.

Sounds like its due to kick out some big ones. Been catching a few decent fish in the afternoons.
Just seems quiet on the big fish here.
Was hoping Ivie would give Fork a break. Guess not everyone has gotten the word of its demise.
The lake being low all year is not going to hurt the fishing, maybe upset some fisherman. Hopefully we can get some shoreline cover.
