But bruh Sprite Zero is filled with aspartame. It'll spike your blood sugar even more than sugar.

Take that fiber with cold water. It's two gulps...get over the taste. I'm a fan of it for overall health.

Namaste

I've monitored my blood sugar regularly. Sprite Zero has never been a problem. It's possible some people have a funny metabolic reaction to it, but I do not.

For sure it can for some people. I have taken it for years now. My GI doc said it is like a broom for your guts.

It took a few weeks to get the dosing right for regularly without "emergencies" but things are working smoothly.

Two teaspoons of Metamucil in a pint of Sprite Zero allows a light lunch (salad) daily without getting hungry before dinner.

My weight is holding steady at a healthy 193 lbs (I'm 6'2" tall) while I add some more good fats (almonds and fish based omega 3s) to improve my cholesterol numbers.

We'll see what the doc says at my annual checkup, but I expect all my numbers will be improved (BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol, A1C, fasting plasma glucose, etc.)

Agreed. I think you will see good stuff in the numbers. I take a big honking spoonful of sweet mother Psyllium every morning for "breakfast". Its helped me with my fasting. Keeps me mostly full all day until I have my one meal...dinner.
