Any body had any experience with them recently? Seems like I've heard alot of good and a few bad things but I ordered a fortrex from them this morning because they apparently have a bunch I'm stock according to the website. Apparently they are good about shipping same day but my order has been stuck on awaiting fulfillment and I can't get ahold of anyone. Getting a little frustrated because I had to cancel my order from 2 other stores for the same reason.

Have you looked for a used one? Many people that have had a Fortrex have switched to the Ultrex and have the Fortrex for sale. Just an option just in case you can't get a new one.

Perhaps they are busy?? People have become spoiled expecting everything right now. Our business has product in stock that a lot of times even if we get it ready to ship it can be a day or two before a truck picks it up.

call boat dealers in your area they probly have some the market is terrible on them since the ultrexes have come out.

Seems a little strange that there hasn't been any contact and just stuck on awaiting fulfillment for a day I guess sine people are saying they are great. I just hope they aren't lying about having the motor in stock

recently purchased a helix 15. communication was horrible. but received item in 6 days from order. received the tracking number the day after i received the item. go figure

I ordered a charger from them about 6 months ago. Order status never changed from awaiting fulfillment. I sent an email just checking on it. Never heard back but the order showed up about 5 days after it was placed.
