If a livescope cable is cut can it be repaired. Both sides are just about cut through. If it can be repaired, where? Tks

Cut through, I’d say doubtful since they don’t even want zip ties being used due to crushing the inside of the cable.
After looking at the thread posted above, it’s worth a shot at trying.

Hell yes they csn be repaired, i have been working in the semiconductor field for almost 30 years. Any cable can be spliced, won't look to pretty but it can be fixed. Im me, you will need some good tools. I cut my ultrex cable twice and repaired it.

Solder and shrink wrap each conductor individually, then shrink wrap over that.
