Never been to Simpson, is it worth going? Is it safe to run in my bass boat? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Is this Richard Simpson Park on Lake Arlington? If yes, there are areas of the lake that might be considered sketchy and there are hazards to avoid but it has been a long time since I have been there and I am not expert enough to go into any detail. And yes it is worth going to fish it as it is a good little community lake to fish with docks, the dam, the creek, brushpiles and points that make it fun to learn.

I hope that's what he's talking about. If is is Simpson Lake, it is a family-owned housing development on a Private lake near Pines.

Yes, I was referring to Simpson Lake near Lake of the Pines, I have since figured out it’s a private lake. Thanks for the responses! 👍🏽

If you do a Google map search of Texas, you will see little bodies of water all over that I would love to fish.
