Ted Nugent is not in the HOF…he does not fit the Liberal agenda. Dolly is great, but isn’t there a Country music HOF?

I always liked Dolly Parton but why would she even be considered for the rock and roll hall of fame. What songs did she sing that would be considered Rock and Roll? I’m fine with Dolly Parton being nominated; and I’d have no issue with Loretta Lynn, Gram Parsons, Charlie Daniels, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Glen Campbell, or Townes Van Zandt. Their influence on Southern Rock, cow punk, and Americana along with their independent attitudes contributed to the spirit of rock and roll. Bob Wills, Hank Williams, Chet Atkins, and Johnny Cash are already in.

Cheap Trick is in. That tells me all I need to know. It's not the Hall of Fame, it's the Hall of Fairly Okay. Seriously ? They don't have the best lyrics but you can't beat a Cheap Trick concert . Yes, seriously. Is Cheap Trick one of the greatest bands of all time? That should be the standard for a hall of fame.

Mad Dogs and Englishmen was pretty good music despite the way the band was slapped together. Not quite a million seller though.
