My son ate there a couple weeks ago and raved about it! He claims it's better than anything in Lockhart or Austin and he's a Bbq snob.

Was in Sadler yesterday and wanted to "try" the little BBQ place there. My FIL loves BBQ and I am always looking for new place to try so the family can go to have a meal. It was just after I had eaten and was not that hungry so I ordered one slice of brisket, one sausage ring, and a slice of bread. They said the only way they sold the brisket was by the 1/2 pound or on a plate. It was $10.50 for a half of pound plus extra for the sausage and bread and $14.00 for the plate plus extra for the sausage. I said okay give me the plate and sausage but I wanted to eat it at one of the tables that was propped. They said that it was take out only and that was why the wooden picnic tables were stood up. Did a big pass on the whole deal in that it did not seem that they were needing the business.
