 Harbor Master Marina on Lake Whitney Will be Parsons Marina

I went over to Lake Whitney today and Harbor Master Marina is closed. There is a sign indicating it will be Parsons Marina. I ran over to the area by boat and they are doing a lot of work on the Marina. Not sure when it will be open or what the rules will be for visiting anglers.
