Finally good weather for us on a Thursday. And good it was for the "haves" while many others were the "have not's". The hottest water we saw was 63 and the big girls are slowly moving up while the bucks are in the near bank zone.
Do you think both the boater # 1 and co-angler #1 were in the same boat?

We fish three rotating sections on Lake Fork every other Thursday daytime about 22 times a year...

We fished section 1 today. All bass 10" and up count. MLF format, where every fish you catch counts

Boaters

1st Bill Ailes of Sulphur Springs with 12 bass for 24.59 LB with a 3.95 LB lunker.
2nd Jack White of Farmers Branch with 9 bass for 16.24 LB. with a lunker of 4.40 LB.
3rd Herb Powell of Lake Fork with 7 bass for 15.93 LB with a 3.20 LB lunker.
4th Herb King of Lake Fork with 4 bass for 10.88 LB with the boater lunker of 5.94 LB on a crank bait.
5th Randy Bunch of Lake Fork with 3 for 6.94 LB with a 3.54 LB lunker


Co Anglers

1st Scott Powell of Lake Fork with 17 bass for 35.14 LB with the co-angler lunker of 4.55 LB
2nd Rudy Hall of Alba with 6 bass for 6.34 LB with a 1.21 LB lunker
3rd Ken Kielbas of Arlington with 4 fish for 5.57 LB with a 1.63 lunker.
4th Jackie Price of Alba with 3 bass for 3.69 LB with a1.54 LB lunker.
5th Rick Wright of Rowlett with 2 bass for 3.01 LB with a 2.25 LB lunker.

86 bass were caught, and 5 anglers were skunked. What a great improvement since the last time we fished/
