Clear, 49 I think, and low. Very low. Very low? Army Corp of Engineers site has level 1 ft High. Waterdatafortexas has it 1 ft low. Are they both way off?

If you look at historical water level patterns. The Corp pulls the lake down this time of year. They always do this as a flood control measure. Expecting upcoming spring rains. Therefore the Corp saying it is 1ft high. That is in reference to their current conservation pool level.
