How could it really be proven. How many times have you caught a fish on a crank or jerkbait hooked outside the mouth dust to them swiping at it. Now imagine 5,6,7,8 hooks on these rigs. Even if 1 hook is in or outside the mouth I'd consider that the fish eating the bait
From all the videos I've seen not a single one has been snagged. They have all been good clean catches.
I can backlash toilet paper.

have you watched a single youtube video before posting a stupid comment? almost all these giants are documented on film, it takes about 15 seconds to find them on youtube they are caught legally in the mouth. I'm dumber everyday I get on this site by jealous and stupid people.

I throw an A rig quite a bit and no they are not snagged. I’ve pulled mine against so many fish and never snagged one. Especially when you watch countless fish that your a rig passes and none either follow it or follow it and don’t eat it which is a lot. I have yet to snag one and I’ve caught a lot on it. Now once they eat it and get hooked many times the other hooks on the a rig stick in various places on the fish getting a better hang onto them. But no they are not getting “snagged.”
