Cheezy Grilled Cheese, pepper jack inside and sharp cheddar outside and frito's

I like a grilled cheese every once in a while.

I had a grilled tuna salad sandwich. It lwas really good.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup are great!

Where did you find Fritos

The ultimate question.

It has now come to the point that whenever I go to a lake and stop at a gas station or convenience store for gas, ice, coffee etc I will buy several of the small individual bags of the regular fritos IF they have them. Also, Frito Lay should now be clued in to the fact that the shelves are still full of the Honey BBQ flavored fritos..

I was wondering if the picture would draw comments from the frito searchers.

tried out new recipe last night and it came out pretty darn good if I say so myself...

For mine, I tweaked the recipe as follows:

1. When browning the beef and sausage (1.25 pounds each) and onions, I added an 8 oz package of sliced mushrooms that I had diced finely like the onion
2. I added tablespoon of pepper to the spices
3. I substituted chopped fresh parsley for the spinach
4. I used at least 1/3 to 3/4 cups more for the parmesan and mozzarella cheese than called for

Was eaten by the family like they hadn't eaten in weeks!

What I will do different next time is add an additional 1-2 cups of the ricotta cheese

Looks good enough to devour - you'd have to serve me the whole tray though.
