This Saturday (2/26) on Lake Fork has been postponed

Due to multiple conflicting forecasts and potentially hazardous road conditions in North Texas and surrounding states
we are postponing the Lake Fork event for the safety of our anglers and staff.

At this time we are still working on a reschedule date and will announce as soon as possible.

If you have already pre-registered for this weekends event we will automatically
move your entry to the April 2nd Cedar Creek event.

Although Bass Champs will not be fishing this weekend, the #buildbackbrady

Good call. The bridges are still bad in places and north of the metro mess is worse. Alot of my family lives north and its slick.

So I’ve been out here all week in this weather following this 23 lb bass around and now we cancel.

That was a joke but I actually thought about that after I posted this. I know the off limit times for fishing exist but does that include trolling around and scoping fish if you’re not technically fishing?
I don’t fish enough tournaments to know this.

Can't be on the water for purposes of fishing or locating fish. They even frown upon flying over the lake...

I've never fished it before, my son is showing interest in being a tournament fisherman, I'd like to break him in on this trail.
