Normally I just sit back and run on cruise. There are 2 exceptions. I don't know why I'm this way, but when I'm in Dallas traffic I feel like I'm pack racing at Daytona. Up on the wheel, no speed limits, making blocks and drafting. The other exception is the stretch of Hwy 274 that starts south of Kemp and goes to the Henderson county line. I have already driven 75 miles at this point and some retard wants to run 50 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. I go crazy and I don't know why. I guess I'm just getting close to home and I want it to be over with. I'll go 50 miles out of my way to go around Dallas

By Texas law, you're supposed to yield the right of way to a vehicle driving with it's hazard lights on. Doesn't ROW mean "let them pass" ? This car is not passing but is obstructing. If there are mechanical issues shouldn't they use their ROW privilege to get off the thoroughfare and quit being a hazard in a high speed lane? It is also against the law to drive more than 15mph less than the posted speed limit and also to obstruct traffic in the left lane. Lotta law breaking goin on. Would you post a link to the statute that this is covered? No ! Then there is no such law.
