ive used the original mechanics wear gloves they dry quickly and have good feel

Have a pair of neoprene that I made fingerless. Not the warmest but they sure help and doesn't matter much if they get wet.

For duck hunting a pair of fingerless fleece plus the mitten flap is the best compromise I've had have enough warmth and dexterity to operate the gun and the call effectively. I've used them bass fishing in cold, but for crappie you are (hopefully) handling more fish and they get wet.

I use Seal Skins. A fishing guide turned me onto them several years ago. They are really good.

I have been using these, they have a pouch in them that holds a "hot hand". My hands get cold over time, but they are definitely better than nothing. The half fingers are $50-something, these are $16 and are pretty similar

I've used the wool military gloves with the thumb and index finger cut off at the knuckle in cold temps for 50 years. Wool stays warm even if they get damp. Less than 40 degrees keeps me home drinking coffee now.

Bought a pair of Fishoholic cold weather fishing gloves on Amazon a month ago & have worn them on the last 3 trips. They keep my hands pretty warm on those ice cold mornings. They also have fingers that fold back and strap open with velcro which is a must. I would buy them again, but would get 1 size smaller because they fit a little big...

Put a hot hands under a sweat band around your wrist, then wool without the finger tips

In the automotive section of Walmart there is a very thing rubberized glove labeled "gripz." Black in color and thin enouu maintain dexterity. I use those for liners and then I use either cheap knit gloves with fingers cut off or a regular pair of fishing gloves. Get fancy by using some spray adhesive on the palm, fingers and sides of the liners before slipping the knit on. Leaves the top of the hand open for sliding in hot packs. Cheap but effective.

I just can't fish with gloves on although the pro's use them year round, they want the most sensitive rods and line and then wear gloves, I don't get it.

Fish monkey fleece with the same brand liners beneath. Not bulky and I can fish fine with them.

I have tried them all but lately I've been using 5-7 mil thick black nitrile gloves. A snug fit lets you retain dexterity. They keep your hands dry, which is critical to keeping them warm, and the black color really absorbs infrared. Surprisingly warm.
