I called the TRA today about it and they said they hadn't finalized the plan yet but would have it signed off on pretty soon.

Don't they basically drop PInes every year in the Spring? I know last March/April they dropped it way down.

It's the other way around. Summer pool is raised in May and lowered in October. It is currently a little off the winter pool level.
