I have @ 8 different Heliums and 1 KLX....I personally think the Helium is more sensitive and a better backbone but I do like the 1 KLX that I have. I bought the KLX reel and feel for a crankbait application but it was too stiff and now it's a big swimbait or chatterbait rod.

IMO --- Both are overpriced for what you get.

Never tried a Helium or KLX but did handle a Z-Bone. No comparison at all to my NRX's but priced almost as much. Needless to say I wasn't impressed.

I've had all three and do prefer the NRX.
Some of the early helium's IMO where the best for the price.

I can tell you I have 3 KLX that I bought for $149 apiece. The EXACT same rod is now $300. $150 I'd buy more. $300 hell to the no. But I do love the rods very much. Just not worth $300.

I have a helium and a Klx drop shot rod. I like them both, but usually reach for the helium first. Yea since he’s went up on the price I probably won’t buy anymore

I have a couple of Helium’s, they are good all around rods. Landed some big ones on them. I appreciate Trey. The owner.

I have a handful of older Helium's, IMO they were great rods for their original price point. I would not pay current prices for them, as there are much better options in the $400 range.

I agree with you Duke 22. I bought mine before this price hike.

I'm the same. Got all of my Helium rods for less than $200 each. I've tried so many different ones at different price points and that's a good rod at the price I paid. I also have Cashion, PowerTackle and 13 Fishing rods....all for different applications.
