Just my experience this week:

Lake Fork Report 2-16-22
Water Temps: 50-53
Wind: 18-22mph
Depth 6-10 feet of water.
Clarity 1 ft
Well we went back out again and man this was even tougher of a day on #LakeFork . We started off where I caught my last one, fished from the the main channel pitching jigs and creature baits...and not a bite...nothing...fished from the mouth to the back of the creek and then back again....nothing...There was a kayaker in there and he was flipping a jig and we saw a bass jump out of the water to try to get his jig! That was in the center of the creek on timber. But he didn't catch it. Winds were crazy strong yesterday so it limited where we could fish. We went to some main lake points and braved the waves.....well we caught a lot of wind and waves and not a lot of bites...I thought for sure with the front moving in that fish would be more active...We fished from 20 of water down to 1' but mainly 5-10' of water. At the end of the day I did end up catching one on a jerk bait, I put an X on the map to show you were.

Hereโ€™s a map of where I fished. DFW Fishing Forum map
