Have y’all had any problems with them? I ordered a bunch of stuff and they sent it to the wrong address. Some of its missing and they said sorry that’s the address in our system. I know for a fact I put the correct address in. Then I tried to different time and after 20 min on the phone each time I just hung up.

I order stuff from TW all the time. I haven't had any issued. I did have some back order items take longer than expected last time. However, I added a few more items to the back order which they shipped together. Saved me paying separate shipping and/or spending more that $50 for fee shipping. I've always had good customer service.

Yes. There phone system has been a problem for me for awhile now. Long wait times, getting hung up on when I finally get thru because they say they
can't hear me. Latest problem-they sent me an email saying that I'm eligible for a gift certificate and when I send them an email back telling them
I would like the gift certificate my email never gets answered.

Been a long time customer of TW but all these problems has me wondering if its time to change.

Last order I placed was missing a couple of items that showed to have shipped. I sent them an e-mail and they shipped the items right away.

Okay great. Hopefully this is a one off. I just found out someone kept they stuff for me so it did not get stolen which is great.

Other than being broke and having to pay state of Texas sales tax I can't find one reason not to buy from them. Always been first class with no issue that wasn't easily solved.
