I have Mega Live mounted to my trolling motor. I mostly bass fish and like it on my trolling motor however I crappie fish a lot in the summer time. I would like to move my transducer to a pole in the summer. I am sure this has been discussed in the past but what is a good rotating transducer mount that is temporary, either clamp on or mounts on the deck and flips over the side? (I have a glass bass boat) Nothing that mounts to the gunnel.

Thanks!

You can mount the Pole Ducer to the deck of the boat or the side of the Ultrex, There's also some that hook to the TM as long as you don't have a 360 already on there. All Aboard maybe? Goes into the 3 holes on the bottom of the gear box on the Ultrex. I prefer mine on the TM personally but there's a time and place for them both! thumb

I have the Seelite transducer for my Livescope.
I really like it. It is well built.

Love my All Aboard All Sync. well made. I use the sync with the TM foot pedal 90% of the time but have the independent option when you need it. One small blind spot where the beam hits the TM shaft (at about 270 degrees) but not a big deal.

Just got and installed Live Foot from DD26 Fishing. This is a motorized shaft with foot and lanyard controls. It's not cheap.
Install was easy and so far, I really like it. Mounts to underside of trolling motor head.
Finally able to use my Active Target without changing how I fish.
Allows me to troll in one direction while scanning in any direction. Also allows me to use Anchor Lock and the live sonar at the same time.
(Ghost trolling motor and Lowrance Active Target.)

Deploy at the ramp when launching your boat, Raise to travel, Lower to fish, Stow when back at the ramp loading your boat...
It works with all three Live Sonar systems.

The Poleducer system...

I noticed LiveFoot doesn’t have a variable speed control. Can you accurately aim it at brush piles?

I would not call it a true break-away, but you can adjust the tension on the vertical and horizontal bars to allow them to rotate if you hit something.
